The Tulipan House is a modern office building located in the Mokotow district. It consists of four office floors and two levels of underground car parking. The feature that distinguishes Tulipan House is the spatial, panoramic lobby. The project got several prizes in architectural competitions, e.g. in Europe & Africa Property Awards 2009 and 20+10+X World Architecture Community Awards, 4th edition. The structure of the building has been designed using prestressed, prefabricated hollow core slabs and traditionally reinforced in-situ concrete walls. The roof structure above the patio has been made of glued wood girders.
