The investment is located in a closed neighborhood of beach in the east part of Darłówko, consisting of three buildings with high standard apartments and connected underground car parking. Part of the ground floor areas is dedicated to services and SPA with a swimming pool in the courtyard. Buildings structures are designed as in-situ concrete and masonry elements. The proximity of the sea, high groundwater level, and difficult soil conditions needed complex design and underground works.
