The investment is located in the historical part of Gdansk and consists of seven buildings with high-standard apartments and common underground car parking. Buildings structures are designed as in-situ concrete and masonry elements. The complex is the first residential project in Poland with LEED certification. The project received the special distinction of Architizer A+Firm Awards 2020.
