The investment is located in the old port area in the direct proximity of the Warta River, consisting of eleven buildings with high standard apartments with two underground car parking and service areas on the ground floor level. Buildings structures are designed as concrete: in-situ underground part with precast walls and precast overground part to minimize the amount of “wet” works. The proximity of the Warta River, high groundwater level, and difficult soil conditions needed complex design and underground works.
