The Nova Silesia is a modern and innovative office and hotel park, consisting of two offices and one hotel building with underground car parks and an internal garden. All the buildings meet the requirements of LEED and WELL certifications. The structure was designed mainly of precast concrete elements, using prestressed slabs in the overground part and in-situ concrete elements underground. The apartment part of the hotel building was designed to use prefabricated modules, walls, and slabs made of cross-laminated timber and as in-situ elements in the lower part.
