La Lorraine Bakery Group is a Belgian company present in the European market and operating in the baking sector. The extension of the existing bakery consisted of the design of several new industrial buildings and a 44 m high, low oxygen deep-freezing storage. All buildings were designed based on the latest technologies and restrictive fire protection regulations. The low oxygen deep-freezing construction is fully supported on piles and internally finished with a high tolerance leveled general slab, to secure the perfect working of the full automatized product handling. The other buildings are a combination of concrete and steel constructions, optimally adjusting the type of structure to the required function.
