The Kielecka 2 is a modern and innovative office building with underground car parks and a garden, meeting the requirements of LEED certification. The structure of the buildings was designed as reinforced concrete, mainly prefabricated, with the use of prestressed concrete ceiling slabs in the aboveground part and monolithic in the underground part.
