The complex GBC I consists of two buildings in the close neighborhood of subway station Marymont and train station Warszawa Gdanska. Building A has 17 floors above ground and two floors of an underground garage. Its unique diamond shape with glass elevation is well recognized in the Warsaw panorama.
Building B has 9 floors above ground and two floors underground. Its look is more classic referring to the urban architecture of the city.
The superstructure of both buildings has been designed as in situ concrete flat slab-column skeletons.
