Gdynia Waterfront II is a multi-functional project, consisting of offices, residential buildings, a hotel, and a conference hall. Under the buildings, there is a common car parking foreseen. The office buildings are designed as reinforced concrete structures, mainly prefabricated, with prestressed slabs of 16,2 m long, without internal columns. This result in unlimited flexibility for interior arrangements. The residential buildings, hotel, and conference hall are designed as in-situ casted concrete structures.
