The Gdynia Waterfront I is an investment located right next to the President's Quay. It is a multi-functional project, consisting of an office and hotel building with common underground car parking. The office building (53 m high) was designed with pre-cast concrete elements, using pre-stressed slabs of 15-meter long without internal columns, which results in huge flexibility for interior arrangements. The hotel building (34 m high) was designed as an in-situ casted concrete structure. The proximity of the sea and the neighboring Sea Tower building needed complex structural designs and underground works.
