The Business Garden Warsaw is a modern and innovative office park. It consists of seven office buildings with two levels of underground car parking, internal gardens, and a hotel. All the buildings meet the requirements of LEED certification. The building structures have been designed as precast concrete elements (columns, beams, slabs), post-tensioned slabs, and in situ concrete elements. The special feature of the structural design is the 12-14-meter span free column office areas. The complex has received many awards, including Eco- and User-friendly Facility of the Year Eurobuild Awards for Architecture 2018.
