The Business Garden Poznan is a modern and innovative office park, consisting of nine office buildings with underground car parks, an independent multi-story car park, and an internal garden. All the buildings meet the requirements of LEED certification. The structure was designed mainly of precast concrete elements, using prestressed slabs 13,5 m long, without internal columns. It results in unlimited flexibility of interior arrangement.
