The B10 is a modern and innovative office and hotel park, consisting of one office and one hotel building with underground car parks and an internal garden. All the buildings meet the requirements of LEED and WELL certifications. The structure of the office building was designed mainly of precast concrete elements, using prestressed slabs and precast three layers of load-bearing façade walls in the overground part and in-situ concrete elements underground. The overground part of the hotel building was designed to use prefabricated, together with finishing and facade, steel, and concrete modules with dimensions around 7 x 3 x 3 m.
